Hooked on Heroes

Hooked on Heroes is a non-profit organization that serves Veterans of all branches, with or without disabilities. We provide fishing trips for veterans at events. Our company supplies all the fishing needs necessary, including their fishing license for the day, so these men and women can enjoy a trip on the water, so they are not responsible for paying a dime. We provide various fishing items such as, fishing rods, reels, hooks, fishing line, popping corks, artificial bait, and other items. We supply such items and lunch for the day. Not only do we provide a day of fishing for our veterans but we pride ourselves in giving back to the people who ensure our freedom.

Hook Line and Heroes

Serving those who have served us by providing an unforgettable outdoor experience, through fishing with disabled and post-traumatic stress (PTS) military veterans and heroes in our lives.

Sharing God’s love in the beauty of His great creation, while learning to fish with a professional angler, creating an unforgettable experience on the water.

Leaving filled with many blessings God provides through the outdoors.

HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes

HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes was started to give back to our soldiers who have given so much. We’re able to share our passion for hunting and fishing. The outdoors are the perfect place to heal mentally and physically and enables our soldiers to experience the outdoors in ways they did not know was possible. This program enables soldiers to network with other soldiers and civilians, a unique oppertunity.

Honoring Our Veterans

Fly-fishing, white-water rafting, paddling sports/therapy, horseback riding, wildlife tours, Yellowstone and Grand Teton Park tours, scenic rafting on the Snake River, Barbecue dinners and campfire chats with staff, rehabilitation professionals, and local residents. The veterans have found that these activities and the associated socialinteraction have helped them re-integrate into society more easily.

Honoring America’s Warriors

Honoring America’s Warriors outdoor programs offers one of the coolest opportunities to get veterans engaged. All of the outings will be on private leases that have been donated to the organization. If you would like to participate in Dove, Quail, Turkey, Hog, Water Fowl, Deer, and Fishing to include noodling, follow the link below to sign up. There will be opportunities throughout the year. We are veterans that believe in the therapy and self-sufficiency involved in the outdoors. Whether it be hunting, fishing, camping or just wandering around outside for stress relief.

Heroes on the Water

Our United States military veterans and personnel make the ultimate sacrifice for us daily. Heroes on the Water understands that this role can come with stress and trauma and we are dedicated to supporting the overall physical and mental healing process. Our goal is to build a community where our veterans and active-duty participants feel comfortable and valued.

Our chapter events are designed to create a welcoming and pressure-free environment and are proven to help reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury. They provide a chance for participants to reconnect with themselves and others.

Events are open to family members of veterans and first responders at no cost because we believe that the focus should be on the whole person, which includes family as well.

Heroes New Hope Foundation

Heroes New Hope Foundation, Inc. is a 501©(3) organization formed in May of 2016 by Scott Goodman after a successful joint venture with Blind Endeavors – another 501©(3) that serves combat-wounded veterans – that came in the form of a turkey hunt for blinded veterans from across the United States.

After seeing firsthand, the needs of our veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much of themselves for our freedom, it is now time for us to give back to them.

Heroes New Hope Foundation provides all-inclusive ecotherapy opportunities included but not limited to an annual spring turkey hunt, summer fishing trip, fall deer hunt and other outdoor activities.
