Wings Up Outdoors

Wings Up Outdoors was established to provide preventive measures, to the rapid response. We provide hunting, fishing, and outdoor trips to veterans, Gold Star children and first responders. We understand that many heroes miss two things when they leave their service, causing them to go into a depressive state that many struggle with: brotherhood, and the mission. Many organizations provide once in a lifetime trips to veterans allowing them to unwind, but we focus on those two factors.

We love to hunt and fish, but the fireside chats after a long day brings that brotherhood full-circle. We also aim to inspire veterans to give back to the cause as well giving them a new mission to look forward to and focus on. We hope these vets feel the impact and decide they want to help us reach other vets. We also want to get these vets to invest in Gold Star children, taking them out on a few of our events as well. We want to build love for the outdoors in future generations.

Wounded Waters

Getting Veterans out on the water, away from their struggles.

The mission of Wounded Waters is to give wounded warriors including Combat Veterans, Active Duty Military and First Responders outdoor adventures like fishing trips so they can take a break from worrying about all the stressors of daily life. Many Military Service men/women, Firemen and Police deal with high stress in their daily jobs and may even have Post Traumatic Stress issues, but they generally don’t like to talk about it. Too many of our Veterans and Service Personnel are feeling anxious, depressed, stressed and alone. Some are even at a high risk of suicide, a tragedy which we strive to prevent. Wounded Waters is trying to break down the barriers around these Service men and women, we want to let them know they are not alone and offer a helping hand out of the darkness they may be struggling with.

Hero Adventures

Hero Adventures started as a simple conversation in a deer camp expressing appreciation for service members who have sacrificed so much to serve our country and protect our freedom.  The conversation catapulted into many “what ifs.”  What if we were to host a group of veterans for a hunting expedition?  What if we were to provide fishing expeditions as well?  What if we offered accessible facilities for wounded veterans who were interested in experiencing the sportsman’s activities in the great outdoors?

Hero Adventures seeks to address these “what ifs” and provide a weekend of respite and fellowship for veterans who enjoy the great outdoors and appreciate the beauty of the country they fought so hard to protect.  Our small group experiences are tailor made for each individual and include lodging, meals, and expenses associated with the weekend’s harvest.

Wild Ops

Veteran Nonprofit Organization dedicated to helping fellow combat veterans find support, hope & healing in the battle of transitioning back into civilian life, through faith based programs. Donate today and help honor our military veterans.

We’re not an adventure program where participants leave just as empty as they arrived. We exist to initiate life-change. All participants are combat veterans set in an environment that inspires deep trust and openness. It is not uncommon for a man to pause and say, “… I’ve never told anyone this before …” then reveal a painful experience that’s been grinding on his soul for too long. When a Wild Ops operation ends, it is actually just the beginning. For those willing to fight for personal healing, it is the beginning of a life-long fellowship at the deepest levels. It’s entrance into the nationwide network of Wild Ops alumni who have each other’s backs 24/7. Wild Ops is for life. We’re veteran led, from board members to operations planning and execution. We know how to break through denial and self-imposed isolation to reach struggling vets. We are vets serving vets, partnering with highly skilled and dedicated civilians. We leave no one behind.

American Legends Outdoors

American Legends Outdoors is an IRS approved 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our mission is to reach as many Active Duty members, Veterans and First Responders by providing non-traditional outdoor therapy in hopes of fighting against Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the daily struggles of life, in general.

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need and to let Active Duty, Retired Veterans or First Responders continue work outside of service. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Time on the Water

Time on the Water was created with one goal in mind: to thank our Military, first responders, and health care professionals for their sacrifice by providing an all-expenses-paid five-day fishing trip to Lake of the Woods near Sioux Narrows, Ontario. If you know someone that has served their country that would love a fishing trip, or if you would like to sponsor a veteran, please contact us right away.

We work hard year-round to raise money to cover the costs of these trips so that we can offer this great experience at absolutely no cost. There are no hardship requirements that our brave men and women must meet in order to participate in one of our excellent fishing trips. We try to serve as many people as we can. You can share your story or just talk fishing, either way, you are welcome.

Mandatory Fun Outdoors

Mandatory Fun Outdoors (MFO) provides unique outdoor experiences that foster camaraderie, healthy living, unity and healing for veterans and their families.
