We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with nature, learn new skills, and build confidence. We offer a variety of outdoor programs and services, including hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, gardening and more!

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable programs that make a positive impact on the lives of our participants. Pine Grove Programs

Pine Grove Programs is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that provides FREE outdoor experiences to military service members, Veterans, Goldstar families, and responders of man-made and natural disasters such as the attacks on 9/11 and others. We offer group events as well as private trips, to utilize the naturally therapeutic benefits of the wilderness.

Pine Grove Programs is run from the heart, simply offering outdoor activities that sound like a fun time for anyone. Outdoor excursions have included hunting trips for turkey, black bear, whitetail deer, snowshoe hare, and coyote; fishing trips here in Maine as well as New York and Vermont; antler shed hunting, mushroom foraging, Maine Clam digging, gold prospecting, and much, much more!

The Reason Outdoors goal is to take veterans, first responders, and their children on various trips including hunting, fishing, and other adventures. We wish to show everyone the benefits of our organization and why we love doing what we do.

The Reason Outdoors was founded by GWOT veterans to take veterans, first responders, and their children on hunting trips, fishing trips, and other outdoor adventures for the sole purpose of sharing all the healthy and positive reasons we hunt and fish.

If this describes you, or someone you know, here is your opportunity to get a chance to fish with some of the best anglers we know! Well known professional fishermen and others will guide a Veteran/Soldier and guest for two days of fishing on Lake of The Woods! This will be a fun and exciting two days of fishing!

For veterans returning from deployment or transitioning to civilian life there are many stressors and struggles. Our goal is to provide a network of support and the opportunity for a brief break through offshore fishing trips with other veterans.
