Have Alaska

HAVE-Alaska is an Alaska-based organization dedicated to promoting the physical and psychological rehabilitation of American Veterans injured in service to our country through outdoor activities and travel. Our mission is to fund and facilitate activities in Alaska for injured American Veterans, their spouses, and dependents. We provide activities such as fishing, boating, whitewater rafting, hunting, kayaking, flight seeing, snowmobile tours, gold panning, bicycling, cruise vacations, cultural tours, wildlife viewing, National Park tours, dog mushing, skiing, etc.

We strive to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members and their families. We hope to educate people concerning their role in the rehabilitation and societal acceptance of disabled service members.

We provide other organizations logistical assistance and programs to provide these once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We support all fellow veterans organizations that will directly and/or indirectly benefit American service members, and their families. Our members have worked extensively with the Wounded Warrior Project, Wounded Warrior Wives, Am-Vets, Project Healing Waters, Paralyzed Veterans of America, The Armed Services YMCA, and others to provide World-class experiences for our most deserving citizens.

Please help us give back to those willing to give all for your freedom!

God’s Outdoor Angels

By donating, fundraising or sharing God’s Outdoor Angels Foundation with others you can help children and veterans spend time in nature. This empowers them with the discovery that fishing or hunting is achievable and can be added to their “can do” list. Donations fund the cost of charter fishing trips and guided hunting trips.

Gathering of Mountain Eagles

Freedom’s Finest Outdoors

Freedom’s Finest Outdoors is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization established in 2013. The organization is led by disabled veterans and outdoor enthusiasts to fulfill the need of connecting veterans with the outdoors and to inspire and promote all aspects of healing. We take pride in the relationships we form with other veterans we meet as we embark on different adventures. Through working with other veterans we have noticed that there are huge gaps between the veteran separating or separated from the military and the resources and benefits they are entitled to. This sparked a passion to be that physical connection by offering free-of-charge services and resources.

Freedom Waters Foundation

Freedom Waters Foundation provides boating and fishing opportunities for veterans and their family members, offering the opportunity to relax, leave their concerns on the dock and enjoy camaraderie with other veterans in a safe, enriching environment.

Freedom Fishing Foundation

We know it can feel lonely, but you’re not alone. We’re here to help you ride out the storm.

We are here to help vets and their families reconnect with nature and other people. It is SO much more than fishing.

Fishing is a tool. A favorite tool. One that we’ve found works well over the years.

If you’re a vet who’s struggling or know of one, or a family member of a vet, please apply to attend one of our fishing excursions.

Freedom Fishing Foundation provides fishing excursions anywhere from one to four days trips within Minnesota and Wisconsin. All military branches are included and may apply. Minor military children must be accompanied by an adult guardian/parent. Veterans are allowed to bring one, possibly two guests depending on the type of fishing with prior approval. We encourage you to apply for yourself or on behalf of a vet that would benefit.
