Frontline Heroes Outdoors

Serving those who are serving, have served, and those who have sacrificed

Frontline Heroes Outdoors (FHO) is a Texas-born 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to acknowledging and supporting those who serve or have served our nation as frontline heroes. Our mission is to cultivate a robust and inclusive community through a range of outdoor and social activities, focusing on connection, camaraderie, and shared experiences.

Who We Serve:

At FHO, we honor and support a diverse group of individuals who dedicate their lives to serving our great nation. Our community includes:

  • Active Duty Military and Veterans

  • Law Enforcement Personnel

  • First Responders (Firefighters, EMS, and Paramedics)

  • The Families of our Frontline Heroes including spouses and children with a special focus on spouses of deployed members and Gold Star Families

Our Mission:

We recognize the unique challenges and sacrifices made by these groups in their service to the nation. FHO aims to provide a supportive and engaging environment where these heroes and their families can relax, connect, and enjoy a well-deserved respite from their demanding roles.

Elite Veterans Outfitters

Elite Veteran Outfitters (EVO) is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2022 to provide cost-free hunting and fishing experiences for veterans. We honor the sacrifices made by the men and women who have defended our freedom, and our organization works hard to honor those individuals for their selfless service.

Helicopters for Heroes

Welcome to Helicopters for Heroes, founded in 2014 by Phillip Brooks with the aim of raising funds to support other charities dedicated to serving our nation’s veterans and educating our nation’s youth about the importance of the sacrifice given to this country by our veterans and first responders. Our organization is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our veterans, and we work tirelessly to achieve our goals. We are proud to host a range of events throughout the year, including our unique helicopter hog hunt, which takes place in the heart of Texas. This unforgettable experience provides participants with the opportunity to support our mission while enjoying a thrilling hunting adventure.

Guardian Outdoors Division

“Get Veterans out of their heads and into the wild.”

We believe that exercise, the woods, and the water can cure the mind and body. Our focus is on teaching Veterans about the outdoors and gear hunts toward keeping them out into the wild.

The hunts range from bank fishing to deep sea, squirrel hunting to chasing elk in the mountains.

Once a Veteran goes through our program, they become an ambassador for Guardian Outdoors. They will use what they were taught to develop future events for fellow veterans in their area to spread the wealth of getting more Veterans involved in conservation and the gift of the wild.

We will be videotaping and taking pictures of the entire process. From packing gear, buying gear, getting licenses, knocking on doors asking for permission, hanging stands, tie knots, hang tree stands, set traps, and catch fish. It will extend into processing and cooking the game.

Then the most important part, we will be filming the brotherhood. The tough talks around a camp fire over cold beers. Sharing these stories and tough talks via our videos, so that others can see they are not alone. Learning to live again instead of just existing in the daily rat race. Finding the warrior spirit within and reminding the veterans they have earned a title that they should carry with pride the rest of their days.

Warriors Mountain Rivers Adventures

WMRA is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping veterans and first responders heal from trauma by introducing them to therapeutic outdoor activities. Our goal is to disrupt veteran suicides. WMRA believes you fight PTSD and trauma from a position of strength. We will help build warriors physical, mental and spiritual strength. We recognize the number one thing both veterans and first responders miss when they leave the service is the camaraderie. Therefore, we purposely built our program and adventures around this idea of camaraderie and community.

We have a number of activities that we introduce attendees to depending on the season and their physical abilities. The goal is to introduce people to new activities/hobbies that become lifelong activities after their week with WMRA.
