COMBAT VETERANS OUTDOORS
Our Mission is to help strengthen the Veterans’ Self-Worth, Enjoy the Outdoors, and help other Veterans in the process!
Combat Veterans Outdoors is a Veteran-based Organization, responsible for helping Combat Veterans connect with other Veterans thru Outdoor Activities.
We are volunteers, many of whom have served in the US military, who donate their time, talents and treasure to further the vision of Buck Bedard. Our volunteers have experience guiding others on hunting and fishing trips, boating, hiking, camping, cooking, outdoor survival, archery, and shooting sports and attending outdoor sporting events. The activities and adventures sponsored by The Buck Bedard Outdoor Foundation are supported by donations (either monetary or goods) from individuals, organizations and businesses in our local communities as well as fund raising events. There are minimal operating costs so over 90% of the monies received goes directly to fund activities and adventures for our recipients.

We want to invite you to try something new, learn something new and help us build an incredible sisterhood of females conquering the outdoors lifestyle!
At Hickory Hills Veterans lodge our goal is to give a helping hand up to our veterans in need, using a multiple of the empowering programs, established and used over many years. Our self-help programs prove to be beneficial with helping restore lost confidence, self-esteem and self-reliance just to name a few.
Veterans can enjoy fishing at several area lakes, or ATV rides. In the springtime there are managed turkey hunts with some of the greenest explosion of color and beauty found anywhere. There is little to match the exhilaration of an adult Tom turkey sounding his morning gobble during the crisp spring morning. Trying to match wits with these birds can be quite the experience. In the afternoons there is spring wild edible mushroom hunting, usually followed up with fishing, and later maybe a cook-out. These types of outdoor activities are shared and enjoyed with other seasoned veterans and are an integral part of the team building and support structure, offered to the veteran receiving the benefits of Hickory Hills Veterans Lodge.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To show them our sincere gratitude for their bravery, honor, dedication and willingness to give their all, we take our soldiers fishing.
Naples Take A Soldier Fishing is a 501c3, non-profit organization that supports the brave men and women serving in the United States Armed Services. Each September, for over 10 years, a local group of fishing captains and anglers host over 150 active duty combat soldiers and wounded combat veterans to fish both the inshore and offshore waters of beautiful Naples.
Wounded Warriors United-Minnesota is a not for profit organization exclusively founded for our combat
wounded veterans in Minnesota. Wounded Warriors United-Minnesota is based in Wright, MN.
Wounded Warriors United-Minnesota provides all-inclusive outdoor events at no cost to our wounded and combat Veterans. We cover transportation, food, lodging, ammo, firearms, and any other equipment associated with each event. We provide events to our heroes to include, hunting, fishing, camping, and numerous sporting and social events. These events are therapeutic and will assist in the healing of our heroes hearts and minds. Of course, none this would be possible without the support of our great sorounding communities and businesses.
Our Mission is to show appreciation to our active Military service members, and Veterans by providing world class walleye fishing adventures on the western basin of Lake Erie. The intention is to leave every Veteran or active service member who participates in our events with a memorable experience that gives them a renewed sense of pride in their service, provides hope for their future and a general positive outlook for the community in which they live and serve.
Our mission is to provide our American Veterans of all ages and branches with an alternative form of therapy by using outdoor experiences to help them find peace. Using adventures in the Pennsylvania wild such as hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding and others to create a passion that will last a lifetime. Our slogan, You Are Never Alone, is what we want all Veterans to understand and pass along.
