Montana Warriors on the Water

Montana Warriors on the Water (MWOTW) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, comprised of local sportsmen and women, and veterans of the United States Military, partnered with local businesses, communities, and organizations, providing outdoor recreational therapy and opportunities to veterans of the United States Military at no cost to them.

In addition to honoring our veterans by giving back, it is our goal to provide an environment for our veterans to relax and be able to meet other veterans from across the country who may be combat wounded or suffering from issues associated with the psychological effects of war. By connecting with each other and with individuals, private companies, non-profit organizations and Government agencies, a community has been put in place to honor and support the vast growing number of veterans.

Our goal is to ensure our veterans continue to have physical access to the country they served, in a mentally and emotionally stable environment, and are honored for their commitment and service to this nation.

We at MWOTW are mission oriented in our objective to honor and support our nation’s veterans. In war, there are no unwounded soldiers…..

Montana Grit Outdoors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to offer programs that enrich the lives of veterans and veteran families through shooting, survival education, outdoor programs with guided hunts for women, and educational workshops.

We strive to give a solid foundation for personal growth by facilitating an environment that allows our participants to discover their capabilities, strengths, and freedom. MGO encourages you to take action while facing the presence of fear because we believe that what you do in those moments effects the way you choose to live. We want to touch the lives of veterans, women of gold star families, and women who lost someone to veteran suicide.

Minnesota Veterans Outdoors is a partnership of veteran service organizations and other community partners who come together to offer outdoor programs and activities for veterans.

Our mission:

“We recognize that all Veterans and Soldiers who have served our country through the years deserve a day on the water or in the woods. Minnesota Veteran Outdoors’ mission is to salute and honor our country’s disabled veterans and service members by providing memorable, quality hunting and fishing activities. Minnesota Veterans Outdoors’ objective is to work with all the state veterans’ organizations to provide positive Recreational Therapy to our country’s service men and women in a safe outdoor environment. This also provides a platform for our veterans to share their experiences through camaraderie with other veterans who have similar experiences.”

Providing recreational outings and peer-to-peer mentorship to veterans wounded in direct combat with an enemy force & unmarried Gold Star spouses whose loved one was killed-in-action with hunting, fishing and golfing adventures.

Our mission is to provide programs that facilitate a smooth and successful transition for our nation’s Combat-Wounded Heroes and Gold Star families. Our programs focus on housing, transportation, outdoor recreation, and leadership development.

The mission at Military Veterans Outdoors (MVO) is to honor, empower and provide a private recreational getaway for current military and veterans.

Our mission is to provide outdoor recreational activities for Disabled American Veterans, disabled individuals and disabled youth in Minnesota. Because of their disabilities, the individuals and groups that we help don’t have enough funds, volunteers or help to do these things. Often times these handicapped people, who are family, friends, and neighbors, do not have the opportunity to do many of the activities that others enjoy. Our goal is to help them to enjoy these actives that people who don’t have disabilities enjoy and to improve their quality of life, to help them feel they are not forgotten. Be it lack of funds or volunteers or the handicap accessible places to enjoy the outdoor recreation that others do.

M.A.D. Outdoors was created with the purpose of honoring combat-injured veterans with more than a “thank you” by offering these brave individuals a variety of activities in the great outdoors. Knowing that many injuries are not seen, efforts quickly expanded to provide shooting, hunting and fishing activities to all veterans, as well as individuals of all ages with physical challenges and special needs.
