Project Healing Waters

Mission Statement Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Maryland. PHWFF receives no government funding and is dependent on tax-deductible, charitable donations and the help of numerous volunteers to meet the educational, equipment, transportation, and related needs of its participants. The Outdoor Adventure Foundation

The Outdoor Adventure Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit foundation providing hunting and fishing adventures for children and young adults under the age of 25 with cancer or other life threatening illness, also providing adventures for combat disabled veterans under the age of 40 that are wheelchair bound or missing a limb due to active duty service.

Wheelin' Sportsmen (NWTF Sponsored)

The Wheelin’ Sportsmen program began in October 2000 as the NWTF recognized the need to help people with mobility impairments enjoy the outdoors by participating in hunting and shooting sports. Wheelin’ Sportsmen events provide participants an opportunity they may not be able to have on their own due to the lack of hunting land access, lack of the knowledge of how to return to the field after an injury or lack of necessary assistance. A Service for Our Military Service Members Offering our wounded veterans the opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy a hunting or fishing trip with all expenses paid, our group focuses on uniting fellow Wounded Heroes on our outdoor adventures.
