Today, there are over 2.3 million wounded & disabled veterans in the U.S. The number of disabled men and women veterans is growing with each day, as the “war on terror” continues. The DWS Mission is to provide physically and emotionally injured post 9/11 Special Operations Combat veterans with all-inclusive Arkansas hunting and fishing opportunities in an environment that comforts, encourages and fosters rehabilitation, recovery and transition.

English River Outfitters

We believe there is healing in nature; therefore we emphasize an outdoor experience where veterans can fish, hunt, and hike in the woodlands surrounding our facilities. Veterans with physical disabilities are able to participate fully using our all-terrain wheelchairs. The veterans we serve participate in sporting activities that challenge and empower them, all while immersed in Iowa’s natural, refreshing wilderness.

Fish 4 Veterans

We provide free sport recreational therapy for disabled or financially deprived Veterans. Using bonding, networking outsourcing while teaching a skill to pass on to another. These adventures and voyages on the water/land give us the opportunity to donate the hunt or catch to low income churches/nonprofits Mission is using the ocean to heal Veterans with sport recreational therapy methods. Fishing with America's Finest

Fishing with America’s Finest was originally designed as a way for the Stark Family to give back to our Nation’s Finest. Since its original inception it has grown with Chapters across South Florida consisting of Veterans, Professional Fishermen and Fisherwomen who want to continue supporting those who defended our way of life. The Program works with the VA Hospital System, Vet Centers, and Government offices at several different levels to bring awareness of treatment options other than medication to improve The QUALITY OF LIFE of these great HEROS. Our goal here at FFO is to raise awareness and seek public aid for needs, services and activities for injured veterans. Our events facilitate injured veterans in assisting each other through teamwork based outdoor recreational activities by providing unique, once in a lifetime outdoor activities. FFO honors and empowers our nations injured service veterans.

Freedom Waters Foundation provides boating and fishing opportunities for veterans and their family members, offering the opportunity to relax, leave their concerns on the dock and enjoy camaraderie with other veterans in a safe, enriching environment.

Freedom’s Finest Outdoors is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization established in 2013. The organization is led by disabled veterans and outdoor enthusiasts to fulfill the need of connecting veterans with the outdoors and to inspire and promote all aspects of healing. We take pride in the relationships we form with other veterans we meet as we embark on different adventures.
