NPLB Outdoors was started as an adaptive hunting organization. Although it has grown to include many other types of activities, we remain well known for our phenomenal hunting opportunities across the United States. Currently, we host over 20 hunting events annually. All our trips are provided at no cost to deserving veterans. Our adaptive hunting program follows sustainable wildlife conservation practices and promotes safety during every hunt. Operation Second Chance

Operation Second Chance, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 organization, supports wounded servicemen and women recovering at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (Bethesda, MD) and assists them as they transition back to duty or civilian life. Patriot Point provides a relaxing and safe environment to enjoy outdoor recreational activities for our nation’s wounded, ill and injured service members and their families. Project Healing Waters

Mission Statement Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Maryland. PHWFF receives no government funding and is dependent on tax-deductible, charitable donations and the help of numerous volunteers to meet the educational, equipment, transportation, and related needs of its participants. Wheelin' Sportsmen (NWTF Sponsored)

The Wheelin’ Sportsmen program began in October 2000 as the NWTF recognized the need to help people with mobility impairments enjoy the outdoors by participating in hunting and shooting sports. Wheelin’ Sportsmen events provide participants an opportunity they may not be able to have on their own due to the lack of hunting land access, lack of the knowledge of how to return to the field after an injury or lack of necessary assistance.
